TRIR and EMR are read directly from the OSHA 300 statistics file. DART is computed as (lost-work-day cases + transfer/restricted cases) × 200,000 ÷ hours worked. Lower is better for all three.
• CA Total excludes Nevada (shown as its own row), matching the OSHA 300 California basis.
• 2026 YTD TRIR = recordables × 200,000 ÷ hours-worked-to-date. Partial-year rates reflect current pace and run higher than completed years; not directly comparable. EMR 2026 = 1.29 is the full policy-year rating. DART for 2026 is omitted (needs the finalized OSHA 300 case breakdown).
• Hours-worked data is reported at month end, so 2026 YTD TRIR refreshes at the beginning of each month. Mid-month TRIR may be slightly inflated until the new hours arrive.

At-Fault Auto YTD
Miles Driven YTD
Auto Rate (per 1M mi)
• Auto Rate = (at-fault auto incidents) × 1,000,000 ÷ (miles driven). Industry-standard vehicle-safety metric; comparable across fleets and unaffected by idle time. Lower is better; construction fleets typically run 1–3.
• Miles pulled monthly from Geotab. At-fault counts come from the monthly division report Auto sections.
• SFMF HVAC has no fleet vehicles in Geotab, so its Auto Rate is undefined.
